  • Know Your Audience: Consider if your rental is a long-term lease or a short-term vacation rental property. A long-term rental allows for those who live there to have more of a neutral canvas to work with. Properties where rental turnover is by the day, week or less than a month have more latitude in extreme color choices and themes.
